Teaching and support staff recently undertook training provided by the Department of Education through the Stonewall Organisation.  Stonewall has a particular focus on preventing homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying.  At Stoke Row the safety, welfare and well-being of all pupils is a key priority.  We actively promote values of respect and equality and work to ensure that difference and diversity is celebrated across the whole school community.  We want to enable our pupils to become responsible citizens to prepare them for life in 21st century Britain.  One of our core school values is kindness and we strive to develop our pupils’ understanding of bullying and the different forms it can take.  We work on the principle of “all different, all equal” and fostering a respectful and thoughtful attitude towards difference.
