ParentMail – Communicating with parents

Communicating with parents is an important part of what we do, making sure you get the correct information about activities, events and things that really matter is something we care about.

Previously we used printed letters but delivery of these was unreliable; they were also expensive, taking time to produce and not environmentally friendly. We then moved to the use of emails which were very successful for most parents but still were often not accessible until the end of the day.

From Monday 22nd February 2016, Stoke Row School adopted the ParentMail system. A service used by over 6,000 schools, nurseries and children’s clubs to communicate to parents.

ParentMail comes with the following benefits:

  • Messages will get to you reliably and on time
  • We can send messages directly to mums, dads and other carers at the same time
  • Emergency or important information can be sent by text message
  • iPhone and Android Apps available for parents on the go.

If you’re an existing parent at the school and have not yet signed up to ParentMail or have lost the email link please contact us at and we’ll get you set up.

If you need help getting set up, please click here to download the Parent Guide to setting up your ParentMail account.
Please be assured that ParentMail is registered with the Information Commissioner and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.  If you have not received any contact from ParentMail within 7 days please contact the school to update your contact information, as this may be out of date.
