Mr Gomersall's Celebrations

The whole school were so excited that Justin Gomersall was to marry his girlfriend on the 1st April, 2006, that they decided to help celebrate at the end of term. Red class had been beautifully decorated with confetti, cake tiers, heart lights and other items. The children were primed to say 'I will' and 'I do' to questions that they were asked during the day and some even wore button holes, too!

As he parked his car, Mr Gomersall faced this wonderful greeting!

The children made an archway, some holding crossed pencils, for Mr Gomersall (and also Pauline Cummins who left the school after many years) to walk under.

Although a bit of a stoop, the pair managed to work
their way along the tunnel (of love???)
