Years 3 and 4 are taught in Green Class by Miss Elizabeth Howse. They are also really lucky to have three teaching assistants to help out in the classroom; Xamantha Seeman, Sharon Dombey and Barbara d’Arcy-Ryan.

Green Class has been very busy so far this year. They have created a class museum using both real historical artefacts and replicas they have made themselves. These included Inca weaving, coil pottery and even a model of the ancient city of Machu Picchu!

They have also written their own traditional tales and showed off their story-telling skills by telling their stories to the younger children in the school.

Green Class has also been the driving force behind making our school an ‘Eco-School’. They have created an Action Plan based on their surveys and they take their monitoring of our energy consumption and use of resources very seriously!
